I'm having BIG problems with my MailMax Webmail... the boss recommended using the exchange server 2000.

the boss wrote:

exchange server 2000 comes with a web based control of outlook express which is like a outlook express running in a webpage opened in IE. give a try to that.. it can do POP3 offcourse.. and it doesnt need any server site installation as the activex controls installs itself on the client side..

I don't have access to the server, and the admin fails to fix this problem, and I can't transfere to another host because I have too many domains to move... so, I hope to have this webmail issue fixed.

plz if you know how to install this Exchange Server.... HELP!!!

First, what theboss wrote is not correct, first off it is Outlook and there are no ActiveX it is all server side. I don't think there are many hosts that give you your own OutlookWeb Access anyway. What is the problem you are having with MailMax?

the problem with MailMax is that the user "Most of time" can't login, it says "login failed", rarely.. they are able to login... and they then feel very glad...

My server administrator is not very good in technical issue, he is in Europe and the server is in the States...

The POP3 is working without any problem at all, Outlook always works fine.

Can you help plz?
