Dear boRg,

I opened the file ( emoticons_inc.asp) but didn't see any avatar code to edit accept only all the emotion/smiley code are there.

I want to replace all the avatars with my preferences.

Avatar sizes are set in the skin_file.asp

Thank you, all my avatar are in different sizes. How to set it to make my avatar to their default size in the skin_file.asp.

I mean what value to put or shall I put this in "" both of the variable

That should work - try it, it is easily changed back. Just be aware of the fact that if you allow users to input the URL to a custom avatar, then that could be any size they wanted and would screw the layout of your forum up.
