Is there any way to protect the location and file name of a download..?

for example if I got a folder with a file called /00001/00001.exe I don't want users to know the location or filename of the file but i want them to be able to download it from an ASP script as myfile.exe instead of 00001.exe. Is this possible..?

Yor links would have to point to a script that gets the requested file passed to it then the script must either copy the file to myfile.exe, or pull an already renamed file from some location that is identified by the requested file name (e.g. /ooooo1/myfile.exe)..

The path to the file will still be displayed in the browsers download dialog box.
