I tried to run the forum on my local machine running Win98 and PWS and all pages viewed fine until I tried to add a user. I figure that this was when the ASP code was trying to access the database. I am using MS Access 97. Could it be because the forum was designed to use Access 2000? This is the error message that I received:

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'

Server.CreateObject Failed

/messageboard/forum/functions/functions_send_mail.asp, line 154

800401f3

The Object failed on sending the mail, if you don't have a mail component, disable it in the admin menu.
