Is there a way to change the default hyperlink colors without editing every ASP page?

or if the application is already made and u dont want to bother to open every asp page and put up the html to call CSS.. u can put the CSS in global.asa file

You may want to put the copy of the hyperlinks in CSS in a footer file (ex: Footer_Example.asp) if you are going to have many web pages that will need these hyperlinks.
