Shouldn't an unactivated member be able to edit their profile so they could fix their e-mail address if necessary? Right now it won't let them edit their profile.

No, only Admin can change the profile for them till they activate the registration.

Guess I need to create an e-mail form that allows them to contact the admin if they can't get in.
