I am a registered user of ver 6.32, I've paid using the email mailto:gal@latingate.com - gal@latingate.com

1) I've made migration with the software provided in the download section. However now I can see only the topic names, I cannot see the messages themselves and the replies, and in the forum main screen in each of the topics I see no number of read messages and no number of replies. Can you please assist me in this.

2) I cannot remove the "power by webwiz...." links, and I don't remember the key provided me in the past. Can you please assist me and provide me a new key.

Sounds like the migration process has gone worng, try again and compact and repair both databases before and after in MS Access. To get the post and topic count you have a resync tool in the admin area.
Version 7.x ueses a different key code. It can be purchased from http://www.webwiz.net/purchase - www.webwiz.net/purchase this will remain valid for all 7.x versions of the forum. At $19.99 it's still over $150 less than the nearest matching rival.
