Rather than being judgemental, you should say thanks that someone is encouraging the hiring of talented individuals that are looking to work.  Thanks to this ad I have gotten 15 resumes and about 4 qualified candidates.

So hold your judgements about SPAM to yourself unless they are justified. 

Last time I checked this was an EVERYTHING ELSE category.

Obviously you don't read well, because the Forum rules are against advertising, so yes, you are a SPAMMER!

What's the problem, colleagues? As webmaster for several sites with forums I'm against spam in general, however as a user I really can find this particular ad helpful. You know the current crapy situation on IT job market.

So, since this forum was made mainly for professionals maybe it will be wize decision to allow our potential employers post their messages here, or maybe even open new topic for job offers?

Sure, but how would you find the threads posted by people that really need help if there were tons of ads and job postings all over the forum? there's a place for everything, and everything in it's place ,you know?
