ok ,

what I want to do sounds quite simple but I'm not sure about it:

I have a table in a database that holds a list of people that have sent enquiries via a form on a website.

What I want to do is :

click a button so that these details are used in a mailmerge letter through word. Is this possible?

Or will I have to do it in vb?

Any help would be VERY VERY much appreciated.

You can do a mail merge with word form an access database. Check out the hlep file.
