is these files the same?
the acces and the Sql Server?

Not 100% sure, but since they are different packages altogether (ie. SQL & ACCESS) I would think they are different.

i know that acces files are the same, but not quite sure about it.

If you need to know so quickly just download the versions and check your self. All your doing is comparing a couple of files.

The forum files of both versions is the the same. There are a few minor differences in the documentation.
The only real difference is that the SQL version contains the file msSQL_server_setup.asp, which the Access version obviously doesn't need

Both version use the same code base, but in the common.asp files you need to set the database version from access to ms SAQL server as the SQL server version has some slightly different syntax in the SQL queries and also uses stored procedures.

The other thing is that you will also need to create all the stored procedures on the SQL server that are required for the SQL server version. This is done in the file SQL_server_setup.asp
