Question:

On the default page, as an example if you look at http://forums.webwiz.net/default.asp - http://forums.webwiz.net/default.asp

is there a way to add a hypertext link with the forum description?

Can you explain a little better what you mean? The forum descriptions are stored in the database, so if you want to have a hyperlink on that, you need to either change the code for a static hyperlink or you need to change the data in the db to have it include a hyperlink. Code changes might be necessary no matter what as the forum might filter link out, don't know for sure.
