I have a client (big one) who asked me about an official contract... normally, i don't make contracts.. since the domains are registered in his name (can check from WhoIs) and he has his password, and the hosting as you know.. can't be guranteed...

anyway.. I want your advice,  What can be written in this contract... and do you have any template or so on?

Thanks.

I think he wants a contract saying he paid money for so and so,

(don't tell anyone about this) I copied the legal policy of Gearhost.com and pasted it inside word, and printed it

(sssshhhhh.. i didn't say anything)

If its a huge deal check out hiring a contracter.  Otherwise there are places which give free legal advice and help.  But I suspect they just require one for the records.

What I did for my TaC was see what everyone else had in their, and wrote one of my own, in my own words.

Then you can take it to a lawyer and see if he can think of something you didn't.

If you can't do it on your own, your not trying hard enough!
