Hi everyone,

After having problems with my 9gb h-drive I used drive image 2002 to do a disk to disk (not image) copy to my other 20gb h-drive. All went well except that my 20gb h-drive now only reports the same capacity as my old 9gb, the 20gb h-drive was formatted ok & only one partition, can anyone help open up the rest. Has it copied the old drives capacity limitations, is there anyway to reclaim it?

I am using win98se.

Thanks

Kev

Partion Magic may help.

Hi boRg,

I may have misled slightly, my 20gb h-drive was formatted with one partion and stated the correct capacity afterwards, one partion is what I wanted, this was before the disk to disk copy.

Thanks

Kev

You can increase the size of the partion on the fly with Partition Magic.

It will show you what unused space their is on the drive and allow you to increse the size of the partition you already have to incorprate this unused space.
