if you have uploads disabled, then there is no button to upload with... right? no button, no try to upload, no? |

not my intention at ALL i guess i figured if there isn't a button there, then you wouldn't try to upload an image or file, not needing the extra coding for the words, that tell you that you cannot do it in the first place... just like this particular forum, does not have a POLL button - Why? cause you cannot post a POLL here |

Plus when the users are informed, they have one less worry (whether they could or could not).
