What version are you running??

Also the error usually means that the variable has been declared already, check any files that you have edited from the original download for the a second mention of that variable in a Dim statement.

I'm running beta 2 testing it, what does that mean dim statement

Dim is short dor Dimension (reserving a dimension in the memory) though lots people use it as an abbreviation for "Declare in Memory". Basically you declare a variable like strBgColour to a set value. Declaring Vars with Dim is one of the fundamentals to learn when coding in VB or VBscript (or most other PL's for that matter)
