Win XP Pro is a desktop OS so you cannot "really" use it as a server. You will allways have limited connections (10 I believe). If you want to redirect domains to your comp use a service like noip.com works great for me...

Other good redirectors/DDNS include TZO and Deerfield's DNS 2 Go.

IIS is on your XP install CD.

Once you install it, RUN - do not walk - to the MS site and download the IIS Lockdown tool.

If you install the SMTP server with IIS and are not very familiar with configuring SMTP servers, it's usually a good idea to set it up as a manually started service and only start it up when you need to use it.
