yoyo.. is there any free windows (2000 or 2003) web hosts WITH ftp upload?? ive tried brinkster but they doesnt have ftp upload on their free solution..

the reason that i want something free is that im just 15 years and cant afford to pay loads of money for webhosting on windows server..

I have heard of http://www.aspfreeserver.com - http://www.aspfreeserver.com but not sure how stable or fast they are. I know they have ftp upload.
