When I create a new forum, and then create a category for the forum, the forum falls under the category instead of the category falling under the forum -- is this by design? I would rather have a forum with topics grouped into categories under each forum, is this possible? Ex: Forum: Automobiles - categories: wheels, motor, steering wheel, tires... Forum: Houses - categories: doors, roofs, kitchen sinks, toilettes Forum: Airplanes - categories: wings, propellers, tails, landing gear, passengers, pilots... David

it's because the category is the category.. why not create a category: Automobiles then creates the forums in that category.. making it.. Category: Automobiles - forums: wheels, motor, steering wheel, tires.. that as far as i know is how almost all messageboard/forums are run.. the way you want it doesn't make much sense to me. |
