Is there anywhere i can get a script or an example thereof by which you may populate supporting tables (ACCESS) with initial values rather than enter them all in every time it is restarted?

odd secenario yes, but it is so that the development stage can change but the tables for the final project will be uniform with the desired information.

If the initial values are always the same you can create an ASP page which uses the SQL 'Insert' command to insert the neccessary values into the database. See http://www.devguru.com - www.devguru.com for further details on the Insert command.
