Good Morning Bruce,

From Ayers Rock...in Australia....Again.

I have committed the mortal sin of either having put in an incorrect Administrators pass word or it has become corrupted (doubtfull) and cannot access the Admin permissions for our new site.

Is there anyway we can reset the Admin name and password as I have tried all that I know or do we have to rebuild the site?

My sincere apologies for such a basic blunder and if you could assist it would be appreciated.

Just to make it really hurt this is a great program and I had just removed the links for the Web Wiz key and was just getting to grips with how it worked.

Regards

Ren Kelly.

There are a few posts on work arounds for this including setting up a new account and then directly in the database copy and paste across the password and the salt fields to the admin account. This then will allow you to login to the admin account using this new accounts password.
