The log file for database 'cybersport' is full. Back up the transaction log for the database to free up some log space.

How do I back-up if I can't login on the forum to the admin menu?

This is the log file for the database. I think it can be accessed through IIS

Your SQL server database is full (at least for the transaction file). You need to increase the size of the SQL server database, this is something your web host may need to do as it can't be done through the forum software.
