I saw in some sites .., that u can see the post ..,

okay ..., But this post have attached files ...

whitch u can't Download Unless if u are Registered & posted a (number) of posts also ...

how can make this active in wwf,

By spending days writting allot of new code.

You would probally also need to change the format of the database and also change the way files are uploaded to the forum. Extra data would also need to be recorded, etc. etc.
