i cannot enter the admin page?

the page dispaly 404 wrong,can't find the page

but there is the file on the server

i use 7.5,access，please help me

Make sure this isn't a 500 error.

Turn off friendly HTTP error messages in IE and see if you get an error message.

Check the permissions are set correctly (see the documentation!)
