Hi For a week now I have this problem. Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e14' The log file for database '****' is full. Back up the transaction log for the database to free up some log space. /forum/common.asp, line 424 The thing is that my coder doesn't know how to fix it. He somehow shrinks this transaction log, and he did it so that when somebody visits my site it automatically shrinks itself. Please help me solve this problem! Coz I can't take this anymore! |

Use this script to shrink the log file:

If I turn the log file off, what will I miss, what errors might appear? Why is this log file used? And what will happen if I turn it off? |
