hi,

My friend is looking for a forum that supports Chinese and he doesn't know much server-side stuff besides basic HTML. I know just as little as he does, so I thought maybe someone here can point me to a free forum (perhaps our very own webwiz forum?) that we could download and manage it via browser.

if your server supports ASP then you can download this forum.

Well if you (you obviously know english) and you friend get together(who obviously knows chinese) im sure it will be very easy to write a language file!
