hello,
i installed forum [ver 7.5]
i've made a few forums
when i am in one of them and try to make new topic i see only blank screen
why?

Without more detail it is very hard to tell waht is wrong.
Try turning off Friendly HTTP error messages in IE so you can get what the error message is.
Also allot of posting errors are due to not having the correct permissions to write to the database or incorrect email setup.

I've installed forum once again
when I try to post new topic I get:

when I turn off rich text editor in administration and try to post new topic I see olny blank screen like I wrote before
anybody can help me?

The problem is that your server uses a different symbol other than a period (.) for decimal numbers.
If you can change the server to use a period (.) in decimal numbers,
this is somthing the server admin will have to do, if you can't there
is a post containing a fix for this problem on your server.

You need to change the langauge settings of the server in the servers control panel.
Or do a serach of the forum as I have posted another fix that replaces
the function coursing the error with a new function that doesn't use
decimal numbers.
