The adds detract from the look of your site. Are they click-thru adds, or just links to related sites? If just links, you might want to redo them as just links with a sentence or two that look and feel more like your site. BTW, for those who spell organization as orginization, http://www.webster.com - www.webster.com -------------

Ditto the above for the ads on the right. They do not help. I think redoing the background could solve that.
