Howdy,

I'm doing a shopping cart thingy for my website. but I could use some tips on how to implement this. When a person adds an item to the shopping cart would it be best to write this to a cookie? Then take the persons information, and write all that into the customer table, and then write in the persons order into an order table?

I'm looking for any sort of suggestions..

yes thats the only way to do it really unless you make the user register, but thats the less prefered way
