After I locked the forum,I can't open forum.

How to do it.

you need to go to the http://www.yourdomain/forumdir/admin - www.yourdomain/forumdir/admin directory directly and log in there. It also says that in the admin menu when you lock it.

You will have to reset it manually in the database in the table tblConfiguration, I think the field is called forum_closed
