Hi, I havn't used my forum in a while and forgot my password.

Is there any way I can go into the databases or something else to find it. I don't think I have an email address set either =(

If you are using a version 6 or below then you simply open the database and read in the password. But as many people got hacked because they didn't protect their database and hackers could get hold of the passwords version 7.x has 160bit encryption of passwords so passwords can not be recovered.

There are some work arounds to this like regsitering a new user then copy and paste the password and salt fields across to admin account fields. If you do a search of the forum this has been posted about a number of times.
