| Is there a way or a mod that would allow a registered user to be able to make changes to his/her own post, but not be able to delete them or someone else's post. Other than giving them moderator rights?? |

Yes, just go in and change either the group permissions and/or the member permissions in the admin area. You will be able to change whether members can:
