Hi, I recieve the following error when I try to open a connection to an Acces database in .NET.. Can someone tell me why?

No error information available: DB_SEC_E_AUTH_FAILED(0x80040E4D).

put in admin for the username and leave password blank (unless you specified other)

I did! My connection string looks like this:

Public DatabaseConnectionString As String = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Components\Databases\Db.mdb;User Id=admin;Password=;"

Omg, this is weird. I've build the app 10 times or something like that, and it wouldn't work. Now, I did it one more time, just to be sure (..) and TADAA it works. Without changing anything. How come? These kind of errors make me sooo angry because you just wrote like 1600 lines of code, and then, such a TINY LITTLE THING wouldn't work, neither does your app..

/me status: happy and pissed off
