Hi All!
Pardon for my English...
Thank's for your work. It's best forum
Without flattery.
I want ask my question....

Introduction.
I using your forum long ago times.
I download Web Wiz Forum v.7.5 and established it on my web server in Intranet.
I have two different systems: Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Version and Windows 2000 Server
In both systems forum works perfectly, but in Win2003 have some problem...
End introduction.

When I want post new topic or simply read topic, me browser (IE 6) show me blank page. And I can't write new topic or show other topics.
In Mozilla (v.1.5) show me that error:

function CheckForm() { var errorMsg = '';
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'
Type mismatch: '[string: "1.5"]'
/forum/functions/functions_common.asp, line 183

But in Opera 7.0.3 all works and show so fine.

If I restart forum in Win2000 all browsers work perfectly. Forum correctly show me topics and I can post new topic in all browsers.

My questions:
1. What my problem?
2. Current version compatible with Win2003 (IIS 6.0)?

Thanks!!!

Yesterday, I install new system (Windows 2003 Web Edition) on other computer without upgrades, pathes and aplications. Same result.

In your readme file your write:
It has been tested on IIS 6 on Windows 2003.

Why I can't use it correctly?

Thanks...

The problem is that your system is trying to use another sybol other than a period (.) for decimal numbers.

Check in the langauge settings in the servers control panel that all the locales are set the same and are using a period (.) in decimal numbers.

If you look on this page I have also posted a fix whereby I have re-written this function so that it doesn't use decimal numbers for those servers that don't use a period (.) for decimal numbers:-
