I have a user that is having some troubles in my forum. When they get into my forum within aobut 5 sec IE crashes with this message "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I have had the user make sure cookies are enabled on their machine. I also have had them reboot multiple times.

Any ideas would be appriciated.

Sounds like IE is corrupted, get them to reinstall IE.

Also if this doesn't work get them to disable the WYSIWYG Editor in their profile as it sounds like IE is crashing as it tries to initilise Active X controls.

Alternativly get them to use a better browser like Moizlla Firebird.
