I cant seem to find the setting anywhere to let my users use the spell check icon. I see it there when I am logged on as Admin...but not for other users. I've been up and down the admin menu and cant seem to find the setting to let this item be available....have I missed something insanely easy, or is it not there? Help, and thank you!

There is nothing in the code for only the admin to see it. ?? I'm at a loss then...why do I see it as Admin and not as a regular user?? Gremlins are out in force...I'm refilling my coffee!
