h have the forum installed and runing at http://zamalekfans.com/forum/DEFAULT.ASP - http://zamalekfans.com/forum/DEFAULT.ASP and it is in arabic < that forum is a sprting club forum and we have 3404 members and there are about thriety on line most of the time < and we use the access database < we have our own didecated server, nothing else on the server yet except the forum , and the forum is so slow , why ?

can any one explain this ?

Probably because Access cannot handle what your doing to it, have you disabled active users?

I had a look at your site there, I am in the UK and it loaded fine for me, not any slower than any other I have visited.

Might also want to try compacting that database if it hasn't been done lately (or ever)...that should help...
