I found a bug in version 7.5 of the forum. I haven't installed 7.51 yet, but the version history doesn't mention this bug as being fixed.

BUG: When you send an e-mail to someone and you select the option to "Send a copy of this e-mail to myself," the recipient will receive two (2) copies of the e-mail and the sender will receive zero (0) copies.

When you do not have the checkbox checked, it appears to work normally.
