Dear all, I want to make this textarea same like http://www.qloob.com/vb - www.qloob.com/vb textarea (with more smiles and editing options) how can i modify the Web Wiz disscussio forum form to that way. Thank you for your reply. topws |

Could see what you are on about but you can enable more editing
functions in the one on Web Wiz Forums by editing the file
RTE_setup.asp found in the includes directory.

There is also a smilies include somewhere that you can modify to add more smilies. I forgot where it is at the moment and I don't have instant access to the code where I'm at to look. You would need to edit the file RTE_messsage_form.asp found in the includes directory.

Hi how can i add a flash button for adding a flash file like the image button, sound button for sound file,ram button for ram file and a vedio button for adding a vedio file. Thank you topws |

I wouldn't know, you will probally have to do quite a bit of research
on how this type of thing is embeded into a web page then write
javascript to go with the buttons to input this into the editor. You will also probally need to change the security filters so thatthis is not stripped from posts. Maybe making new forum codes would do it, but you will also need to change the formatting and editoting functions to convert and de-convert your forum codes to HTML.
