Hi i was just wondering if anyone cud shed some light on the wonder that is XML. I cant seem to get my brainless head around were it would be usefull and y. Is it a upgrade (in a sense) to HTML or am i way off the mark. Were would i use it when building a personal website and why????? Any Help would be most appreciated... |

XML let you handle information.

main use of XML in web page is with XSL and XSLT.. since Application can generate output in XML.. u can combine it with XSL and fisplay a HTML formatted webpage.. sharing information would not be a problem regardless of wether u run a linux or windows server, asp or PHP, MSSQL or MySQL ------------- http://www.web2messenger.com/theboss">
