I have my site set up on both my host and machine, all I have to do is change a line of code to switch between the two.. I have never had problems logging into the admin panel on my machine.. but since I changed the navigation and the header.. it gives me the insufficient permissions page when i try logging in as the admin.  It will let me in perfectly, same files exactly, on my host.  Any clues????

Thanks

Make sure you change the database path in both the common.asp files.

Thanks for replying Borg.

The forum won't work unless I change the paths, since I am using full paths to the database in the main common.asp file.  The commin.asp in the admin folder is unchanged, using mappath.

Any other ideas?

Took out mappath, changed to full path, in the admin common.asp file.  It works now.   Thanks for your help, and your wonderful forum application.
