Whenever a user clicks the quote button it takes them to the edit post page (which most of them can't access because they don't have moderator permissions).

I have tried replacing the link with the one from version 7.5 but it didn't work.

Any suggestions?

I shall look into it but due to hackers finding ahole in that page that allowed people to view and post in forums they were not allowd in the whole page needed to be re-written to tighten up security.

I can nor replicate this error, make sure you have upgraded all the changed files.
