Greetings,

The organization I am with recently began using WWF.  So far, so good.  As the forum admin, I have set up the forum to hide forum topic titles until logged into the forum.  While the forum topics are hiden the forum catagory titles are still viewable.  Is it possible to hide the forum catagory titles, so that only a blank / empty forum grid is visible until login?  Or even better no forum grid at all until logged in.  Along time same line, is it also possible to hide the forum statistics grid until the user has logged in?

Basicly all we want displayed until login is the title bar and some logos of our forum and the default forum control buttons (active topics, login, search, member list, etc...)

Thanks!

CGordonn

It could be done, but would require extensive recoding on your part to acheive this.

There is hidden category mod that I wrote that hides categories when all tables in the categories are hidden. If only registered members have access to the hidden forums then this should do the trick.

For the stats, you could just surround that area with the clause "if intGroupID = 2 then" and that will make it unavailable to Guests (GroupID 2).

No extensive coding involved.

I did the search, and found some threads, but none included the mod to hide Categories.

TY again Ljamal
