This is prretty easy.. the connection string would be like this

Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=\\Network address\sharename\sdfdfdf.mdb;Persist Security Info=False

Make sure you put the above string all on one line

Incidently, if you want to create connection strings like this above, create a file on your machine with the extension of .udl. You can call it anything you like. Then double click on the file and it brings up various screens where you can enter your connection strings. Once you have these set  you can then open the file in notepad  and copy the string into your program..
