Is the SQL Server Version is more secure than the Access Version?

Thanks...

Absolutely is because it is not filebased so cannot be downloaded. So unless somone knows you sql username and password it is unlikely they will get in.

No comparison, use SQL over Access everytime if you know how to use it. It's superb, and rather suprisingly for a Microsh*te product, usually very stable.

I disagrees, Acces has its uses and you can run a small to mid sized site on Access with out any problem. Use the appropriate database when necessary. However with a forum application, I think you need a more robust database than Access, expecially if you expecting a decent amount of traffic.
