I have one asp portal aplication, I have permissions for distribute my portal where contain this forum?

If you have to ask, then that means that the answer is no because Bruce hasn't given you permission to do it.

You can not re-distibute any software from Web Wiz Guide.

If you wish to redistrbute any of the software you must put what you intend to redistribute and how, in writing and send it to the site.

This will then be considred and any, and if needed, restrictions may be put in place to protect the copyright of the software.

Permission can not granted through a public forum in this way.

Could he distribute his code as an add-on, and then tell the users that they have to get Web Wiz Forums from http://www.webwizforums.com/ - http://www.webwizforums.com/ ?

I only ask because later on we may want to create some add-ons for Web Wiz Forums and distribute them. But we would not provide the Web Wiz Forums ourselves. They have to go through you to get that.

Thats would be fine as the code is not being redistbruted so copyright is still protected.
