Is there a way to not allow registered users to view the active Members, however only allow Private groups access to see who the members are?

I currently use registered users as nothing more than that...they registered thats it. I don't think that these people should have access to see who else is currently a member.

Any ideas?

You could add code to the top of the page that allows everyone except group 2 to access that page. If they are a member of group 2, then redirect them to the insufficient permissions page.
