I recently believed as the location of the webwiz site to be in the uk and that the server time for the forum was incorrect. I was wrong, as I forgot that the host server for the forum could be in another country.

The long & short of it..... ok so we now have a forum for a UK site with a time of another country confusing!!!!!!

How about an administration time adjustment that will place the forum in the country the site is for with the correct time zone?

I know this seams a bit of a sad point but this will help stop a strange miss matches and confushion. Also by doing this you can move your site and forum around server to server without the forum time changing from the correct time zone the forum and Site related country (Eg, UK).

The big problem here is classic ASP can not get the GMT time.

Version 6 used to have an admin global time setting, but this was changed to one that each user could set in version 7, the problem was that both didn't want to work together.

Thats how ASP goes sometimes, do one thing and it affects another.
