I have just got noticed that my web server (not free) only has FSO support. And they do not support any of the following:

Persits AspUpload 2.x or above
Component available form http://www.aspupload.com/ - www.aspupload.com
Dundas Upload 2.0
Free component available from http://www.dundas.com/ - www.dundas.com
SoftArtisans FileUp 3.2 or above (SA FileUp)
Component available form http://www.softartisans.com/ - www.softartisans.com
aspSmartUpload
Free component available from http://www.aspsmart.com/ - http://www.aspsmart.com
AspSimpleUpload
Free component available from http://www.asphelp.com - http://www.asphelp.com

so, are there have any possibility that my members can still upload personalised avators and images?

please help me~!!!

Yes look in the MODs forum. There is a pure ASP upload component that work with WWF6
