I am a newby. I'm trying to run this on my macine locally. Can this be run through MS Personal Web Server (PWS) or through IIS locally? I want to test this out and get a feel for it before I have to get a bunch of other people involved to put it on the real servers here at work. I've also read all the documentation that comes with the d/l and nothing says how you start this thing. How do you get to the http://www.webwiz.net/web_wiz_forums/docs_access_install.asp?mode=forum - administration page talked about in steps 6, 7, and 8? How do you get things "up and running." Thank You

Yes, it can be run via IIS or PWS. hope this helps. |

It does not have to be in a virtual directory thus it can be. Just copy the forum folder into your webroot (keeping the folder structure), configure the db connections and you are go.
