Hotmail is owned by Micro$oft, and I know that Micro$oft actually answers e-mails and the phone.

They helped me out when I wanted to move a copy of FrontPage from one computer to the next but I had lost the CD-KEY.  (I had registered the software, so they were happy to help me and did.)

Call or e-mail them.  I was surprised by how helpful they were.

Hate to burst your bubble buddy, but Bruce is a busy man... and if he's not replying back to you then it probably wasn't a question that was deemed worthy enough for a reply.

Also, Web Wiz Forums specifically does not come with e-mail or phone support.  It says so in several places.  Running a help desk is expensive and time consuming.

And the fact that Bruce actually answers posts on his forum!  That is awesome and many software developers don't even do that!

Micro$oft, however, actually has a help desk answering e-mails and phone calls.  The money from the pricey licenses you pay Micro$oft actually pay for these help desk people to answer the phone.  That's part of the reason why you pay hundreds of dollars per license.  You actually get support via phone or e-mail.

Try calling them.  It is worth a shot.  And they treat their customers well from my experience.

As was mentioned by the boss, you can get it from OL express by adding a new HTTP mail address. But anyway as you seem not able to do this for whatever reason here is the address from outlook

http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp - http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp

HTH!!!

I think all what he meant is that WWG support is better than Micro$oft

the only mistake he did is not posting in our Never Ending Thread.

Actually hotmail has a live chat support. The URL is hidden, you won't find it on a search engine, not even MSN's search engine. But if you got a copy of the MSN browser (used to be free before v8) you can click on the support button and it will connect you to msn's tech support, the url also works on IE.
